Mark Talcott
Senior Director of Philanthropy
Mark's career is a testament to his passion for connecting with people, mentoring others, and building community. Whether leading innovative fundraising initiatives, fostering relationships with high-net-worth individuals, or developing comprehensive training programs, Mark's friendly approach shines through.
His previous roles have seen him implementing strategies that benefited numerous parishes and managing complex projects with warmth and efficiency. Mark's ability to turn ideas into action, coupled with his approachable style and unwavering dedication, sets him apart.

Marthamaria Morales-Elliott
Director of School Advancment
Marthamaria Morales-Elliott is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in serving the Catholic Church in different capacities.
Passionate about empowering and supporting the youth, Marthamaria believes in the importance of providing Catholic education and opportunities with moral and ethical grow to the new generation of leaders.

Marthamaria's career spans various roles in ministry, media, and communications. She has served as Director of Youth and Young Adults & Pastoral Juvenil for the Catholic Diocese of Venice in Florida, Hispanic Ministry Director and Youth and Young Adults Director for the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama. Also, held positions at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) as Poverty Education and Outreach Manager and at Catholic Relief Services (CRS) as a Relationship Manager for the Southeast Team.

A dedicated bilingual and bicultural leader, Marthamaria has served board positions with La RED Catholic Network of Pastoral Juvenil Hispana and the Southeast Pastoral Institute (SEPI), and currently is part of the Board at The National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry (NFCYM).

Marthamaria's educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in journalism, Advertising, and Public Relations from San Carlos de Guatemala University and a master’s degree in strategic communication & public Image from Universidad Panamericana in Guatemala City. Her Clifton Strengths include Responsibility, Self-Assurance, Positivity, Harmony, and Relator.

Colin Madden
Advancement & Stewardship Associate
Raised in Catholic schools and shaped by a strong foundation in faith and service, Colin carries a deep appreciation for the mission of the Church and the role it has played in his personal development. His professional background spans over a decade in the financial services industry, where he specialized in relationship management, communication, and operational strategy.
Now inspired by a desire to serve the Church more directly, Colin brings his collaborative spirit and communications skills to supporting offertory programs, parish campaigns, and donor engagement efforts. In this role, Colin combines his analytical and collaborative skill set with a desire to contribute meaningfully to the Church’s ongoing work. He is excited to help build lasting connections and support vibrant parish communities throughout the Archdiocese of Baltimore.
