Annual Report
Early September is an ideal time to release an annual report aimed at educating parishioners about the current state of the parish. This report serves as a platform to share financial updates, highlight ministry impact, and provide an opportunity for parish leaders to articulate their vision and aspirations for the future of the parish community.
Annual Report
Publishing an annual report is a crucial step in fostering transparency, accountability, and community engagement. The report can provide your parishioners with valuable insights into the parish's financial health, ministry achievements, and future plans. It serves as a tool for educating the community about the impact of their contributions and the effective stewardship of resources. Moreover, an annual report offers you an opportunity to communicate your parish vision, values, and priorities, for the next year of ministry.

Through your generous participation, whether through time, talent, or treasure, you have each played an integral part in weaving the rich tapestry of our parish community. It is your willingness to contribute that fuels our many ministries and activities, bringing light and hope to those in need.
Financially, we have seen both challenges and blessings. Thanks to your sacrificial giving, we have met many of our goals and have continued to support our missions and community services. Here are some highlights from this year’s financial report:
-
Total Contributions: $450,000, a 5% increase from last year.
-
Major Projects Funded: Renovation of the parish hall ($120,000) and expansion of our soup kitchen facilities ($30,000).
-
Outreach Impact: Supported over 200 families monthly through our food pantry and assisted 50 families with utility and housing expenses.
Our religious education programs have flourished, nurturing the faith of our youngest members and laying down paths for them to explore and deepen their relationship with Christ. Our outreach programs have extended hands of fellowship and aid to the less fortunate, truly embodying the spirit of the Gospel.
Looking ahead, we are excited about the new initiatives that will further enrich our community and expand our reach. These plans include enhancing our facilities to better serve our growing family and stepping up our efforts in community outreach. We invite each of you to continue walking this path of faith and service with us. Your ongoing engagement and support are crucial to bringing these visions to life.
As we move forward, let us keep our eyes on the horizon, guided by the light of Christ and the warmth of our community spirit. May we continue to grow together, not just in numbers, but in love and faith.
Thank you once again for your dedication and love for our parish. May God bless you and your families abundantly.
In Christ’s peace,

As we look back on the year and reflect on our spiritual journey together, we are delighted to share updates from three of our key ministries. These ministries embody our mission to serve and enrich our community through faith, fellowship, and service.
Family and Youth Ministry
Our Family and Youth Ministry continues to be a beacon of light and hope for the young families and youth in our parish. With programs designed to engage children, teens, and parents, this ministry fosters spiritual growth and community connection.
This past year, we successfully launched our monthly Family Faith Nights, which have seen increasing attendance, with an average of 50 families participating each month. These evenings are dedicated to prayer, learning, and fun activities that strengthen family bonds and deepen their faith journey.
Our Youth Group participated in a regional retreat that brought together over 100 young people from various parishes. The retreat focused on leadership and service, empowering our youth to take active roles in both the church and their communities.
Plans are underway to expand our catechetical offerings for teens and incorporate service-oriented activities that support local charities. We also aim to increase parental involvement through workshops that equip them with tools to foster faith at home.
Outreach and Social Justice Ministry
The Outreach and Social Justice Ministry is dedicated to living out the Gospel call to care for the least among us. This ministry not only addresses immediate needs but also advocates for systemic change in our community and beyond.
A highlight of the year was the expansion of our weekly Soup Kitchen operations, which now serves over 300 individuals weekly, a 20% increase from last year. Our dedicated volunteers have worked tirelessly to provide warm meals and companionship to our guests.
We also launched a new partnership with a local shelter to provide job training programs for the homeless, successfully aiding 15 individuals in finding employment and securing stable housing.
The next step for this ministry is to launch a mobile pantry service to reach underserved areas of our community. Additionally, we plan to host community forums on social justice issues, creating a platform for education and advocacy within our parish and beyond.
